Alexander Fallon is British born and was raised in the North of England who went from the hospitality industry to boat building in composite materials, and then polished his construction skills with Ferrari, Toro Rosso, Prada America’s Cup team and Wally Yachts – to name a few.
Moving to Hong Kong in 2017, he was inspired by traditional Asian design to create something entirely contemporary, but still based in the parameters of the East. The answer was an elegant circular wall-mounted bar unit, constructed in carbon fibre and finished in the finest Burmese teak, both of which are intrinsically beautiful and immensely strong. The combination of the immense strength and lightness of carbon fibre with the rich organic warmth of the teak is a pairing made in heaven. Say hello to Bar Concept One.
Every one of these bars can be custom-designed – indeed, we hope they will be. The finish and weave of the carbon fibre is variable, and four exotic wood options are on offer.
